Clients are encouraged to make appointments for themselves. We understand that this can often be the hardest step, making that first contact with someone who can help. It acknowledges possibly for the first time that you may need help. Often, parents and friends make enquiries on behalf of their loved ones, but we always encourage clients to make the appointment for themselves where ever possible.
